Worship track residents would interface closely with a handful of key staff to help craft the service experience and maintain theological congruence. Worship ministry training includes but are not limited to the following disciplines/areas of focus:
1. Vocal and/or instrumental development
2. A/V/L training (including exposure to the fundamentals of live-streaming)
3. Lessons in dynamics and crafting a worship experience that engages the senses and connects them to the heart, mind, and soul.
4. Team collaboration and leadership
5. Theological congruence
