Spiritual Development

Spiritual Deveopment is at the epicenter of all that we do. While so much of this development occurs within the other core pillars, we expect residents to grow in the following ways.

• Residents will engage in spiritual development self-assessment.
• Residents will develop personal plans for continued spiritual development.
• Residents will be able to list the areas of spiritual focus he/she is working on.
