Kids Ministry

Residents will have leadership opportunities in summer camp, day camp, Sunday morning classes, special events, small groups, holiday specials, and enrichment programs.  Each of these areas in Kids Ministry requires leading children and adult volunteers through whole group and small group instruction, marketing and promoting, budgeting and supply shopping, volunteer recruiting and training.…
Those selected for the Kids Ministry track will work closely with key staff and be trained in best practices, procedures, and policies. The residents will be given the opportunity to give logistic and creative input to improve the ministry. As well as apply their feedback once approved by the Ministry lead. The Residents will gain real life experience to act out the mission of Kids Ministries at Tahoe Church. Our mission is that kids come to know God and put their faith in Jesus, find friendship and mentorship within our church family, and that the family as a whole feels supported and equipped to grow in their faith.
